Removing Left Hand Nav Tree?

How do I remove it from a category page? For instance, I do not want it on this page:

I'll give it a shot though others are a little more advanced than me.
Unless you have something like Sebenza Category Template then you can't assign a different template to each category BUT you can create custom pages that have there own setting.

You should do the About us page as a custom page and not a category I would think.

You need to edit the each PAGE template (CTGY, SFNT, PROD etc) and remove the table data that loads the category tree.

Wonderful! I did that, but is there anyway to get the products to center better on the page? The category tree is gone, but the space is sill there:

You need to remove the TD (table data) that makes up the category tree as well.

Doesn't that the category tree from EVERY category page, is that what you wanted? or am I missing something

It removes the category tree from whatever PAGE templates you delete from. If you delete it from the CTGY page then yes the category tree would not show on any category pages.
