exporting headers and footers to flat files

We had a customer tell us that when he exported his products to a flat file it removes the headers and footers for those products. We duplicated this on one of our 5.5 test stores and when the files were imported the headers and footers were gone. Is there something we are missing that we can use to make sure those are included in the flat file or is there currently no way to export them?

No you haven't missed something, somehow exporting the headers & footers is not included in the export/import.

If you are looking for a mm4 solution, then you should probably take a look at StoreMan4. The pro version would be especially usefull if you are helping out on other sites.
