Google Checkout

Can the google checkout be only on the shipping/payment page or is there a specific page it has to be on? I moved it to this page and now it doesn't seem to work. Can I just uninstall the module and reinstall to fix because I have tried other methods and it isn't working.

I keep getting an e-mail from Google that says:

We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://www.bookshack-fl.com/mm5/google/google.mvc?Store_Code=TBS

As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.

The callback URL is the one I cut and pasted from the module. I don't know what else could be wrong.
