Fatal error when updating ACED page

When I go to update my ACED page I get this error:

Fatal Error
Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue. The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

Error Code: MER-ADM-00001 Description: <b>Unknown Error</b><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;Action = UPAG<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;Screen = PAGE Other Information:


When I first click on the page to edit it, at the bottom I see "ERROR LOADING TEMPLATE" then if I click 'Update' even if I don't edit anything I get the above error.

I tried to revert back to the 'Original' template but got the error above.
So far I see that this is the only page under 'Store Name>Pages' that is doing this.
Any ideas on why?

I think it has something to do with the Address Supermod items - I turned those off and the page loads and updates fine. Only when I try to turn those on do I get the error.

I'll turn to tech support for this one - sorry for the post..
