Where can I find documentation on items/entities?

I am looking for a complete list of what I believe are called "items" or "entities". They are items like:

&mvt:global:sessionurl
&mvte:store:code

Any idea where I can find this?

My suggestion would be to download Latu.net's store helper. It will list out all variables for you on each type of page... and the corresponding value of that variable.

Makes developing much easier.
