Who is responsible for support?

I'd like a definative answer on who is responsible for supporting Copernicus Modules now.

MIVA aquired CBS some time ago now...yet I still get "This is something which we don?t support , you need to contact the software software developer to fix the issue" from support.

Someone needs to clue the left hand in...

Or perhaps it is I that needs to be educated...cause right now I'm in the dark.

Hi Vic,

I have forwarded this on to our Support Supervisor. Yes, MIVA does support the Copernicus modules and we will look into why you are hearing that we don't support them.

MIVA does not provide support for customizing (programming) the templates. Once a template has been modified, users will be directed to the forums for peer-based help.

I hope that clears things up.
