Hello all,

I've been working on this problem for a few days now, and have found no solutions. Does anyone have any ideas?

The problem is this: On the INVOICE page customers see when they place an order, on the very top of the page, above the HEAD tags, the text that is entered in Truxoft's mmHTML and mmHTMLc modules email footers (on Invoice>Footer) is displayed. It is not parsed for tokens or script - it is displayed verbatim.

I uninstalled according to truxoft's troubleshooting help file, completely removed every trace of truxoft, reinstalled, and as soon as I activated the mmHTML module the footers reappeared in the top of the invoice page.

The problem began when I ran an "update" on the mmUBAT (ultra batch) module on Wednesday. Before that, everything worked as it should.

I do not have a module replacing the standard Merchant screen.
MM: v4.20 / MVM: v4.1400
OpenUI: [4.958/4.984]

Any ideas? Or pointers in the right direction?

Much appreciated,
Josiah

Did you contact the module coder thru his website? This is usually the first step and what you are pointing out seems to be a problem with the recent update of UBAT.
