Greetings-

I've installed the CBS Membership Supermod into one of our stores. It installed correctly and since I'm using CBS Dynamic Templates, I also uploaded the templates to our mivadata directory. All the functionality within the miva admin account is working, however, none of the templates are displaying in the shopping cart. When I click on the account screen I get a blank page. When I try to checkout the OPAY screen doesn't display the points for the customer. Can anyone help? Thanks, Connie

Now I'm getting the following error on the Account page:

Runtime error in /Merchant2/4.22/modules/util/templateParser.mvc @ [0000030c:0000002e]: build/templateParser.pre.mv: Line 3443: (in expression): Array index must be positive integer

I think...you'll need to have your Miva Merchant web host upgrade Empressa VM to version 5.06.

Explaination is: I think you're using some flavor of Empressa 5. Versions prior to 5.06 had some troubles with arrays and 3rd party modules that were built for OpenUI originally.

If your on Empressa 4.?? then there is something else going on.

We're using Miva Engine 5.06

It's possible that Dynamic Templates may be incompatible with WM 5.06. I don't know for sure and haven't heard anything regarding that.

I can tell you that OpenUI is definitely compatible.

I don't know about the Membership SuperMod compatible with DT either.

You may need to contact Miva Merchant for support.

The route you may want to go instead is, OpenUI Advanced, and IDS_Point Track, here's a link to Point Track. Much easier to use than Membership SuperMod.

I've integrated a number of stores with this.

Another thought, you might ask IDS if Point Track will work with Dynamic Templates.

I hadn't thought suggest that or ask Scott at IDS if its possible. It may be for the simple fact that Point track is highly tokenized already.

Might be worth a shot.

Scott, I hope I didn't speak out of turn. :-)
