Hola. I upgraded to 5.5 a few days ago and everything seemed okay, until I went to to update my shipping options. Background: I have USPS and UPS enabled as shipping solutions.
In Shipping Settings, I clicked on USPS Online Rate Calculation...
I deselected USPS Parcel Post
I clicked on the Update buttonThe page refreshed to the UPS (not USPS) setup page and this error popped up:http://workerant.smugmug.com/photos/295167278_jtycv-M.jpg

If I exit Shipping Settings and go back to it, the change I was trying to make (deselect Parcel Post) was not saved. At this time, I am unable to save changes to my shipping settings.
This error is predictable and repeatable in both Firefox and IE under WinXPPro. Any ideas? In the immortal word of Ross Perot, I'm all ears!

This will be fixed in tomorrow's stream and you have 2 other options:

1. If you're just trying to turn off USPS, go to Global Settings, Modules, look up the UPS module and make in inactive while you make your changes. Once you're changes are complete, reactivate the UPS module.

2. If you need to make a change to the UPS module and can't wait for the stream, our support department can manually fix the UPS module.

No no, it's not that urgent. I'll catch tomorrow's update. Thanks for the quick response!

I'm getting this same error, I figured it was a known issue.

I don't think I've received any streaming upates this week though. How do I get those so that I can fix this?

If i need it fixed sooner than later, how do I contact support? I have a leased license from a hosting provider, must I go through them for support?

The streaming update went out last night, check for new updates.

Hmm, well I guess I did have some updates. Does the box in 5.5 always read "uo-to-date"?

I clicked on it and it installed some updates. Maybe my client had logged in earlier and chose to skip them.

No it's switch to an animated gif if there's updates available, but that's based on how often you set it to check. So the same thing happened to me this morning and when I checked Upgrade Setting under Domain Settings it was set for weekly (thus sometime in a week it would've alerted me).
