Where can I put an explanation of login for customers? I just had a call from one who was trying to create an account and she was using her first initial and last name and it was not accepting it. I asked if there was a space between the initial and last name and there was. As soon as she removed the space it was happy. So I obviously need to have a little bit of an explanation there.

I have Open UI installed on version 4.3. I went to Head/Foot:Customer

and typed in all my directions in Create Customer Account Header:
[Screen=ACNT]

and I hit "update" and nothing. Still no directions on my page:

Any ideas??

Check that you're not using a third party module like Other Page Templates or SuperMod that could be overriding the default page layout/header/footer

I have this text in the same header you used and it works fine.

Jen - that is the case. We have Other Page Templates installed. We used DesignExtend to do a revamp on our site and they installed it. I am not familiar with it. I guess I should go bug Pamela . .
