Familiarity to Sebenza Weight Attributes module?

Hi!
I recently adopted a website that uses SuperMod shipping and Sebenza weight attribute Pro module. The site has products available in 3 sizes (and weights). I'd like to update the weights attribute but I don't quite understand the values already placed in the store.
If I have product A which weighs one pound and I offer product A in 4 and 5 pound weights, wouldn't I just update the fields in the Weight Attribute model as
weight 1: 1
weight 2: 3?
weight 3: 4?

The selected attribute weight is added to the product weight. So if your base product is 4 lbs and if you select size large (1lb) for an attribute.... Your total weight would be 5 lbs. You would specify a weight value of 1 for your "large" attribute/option.

Or you could specify a base weight of zero and an attribute weight of 5.
