Are you actually looking for a developer (somebody writing modules to expand Miva's functionality) or rather a integrator (somebody integrating a design/layout into Miva Merchant)?

Usually you can achieve minor functionality adding by using OpenUI tokens(Miva 4) or SMT (Miva 5).
