View Full Version : Synchro Product Conflict
I recently installed Synchro and have yet to download an order. When I try, the first order fails with the message:
Quickbooks Error: The name "xxx" of the list items is already in use.
"xxx" is an existing product in Quickbooks.
How can I resolve this conflict?

Hi Bob,
Is that item active in QB? Make sure it is active or MIVA Synchro won't be able to see that it's already there, and will try to create a new product. QB knows it's there, and gives that error.

The products being rejected are active.
This sounds goofy, but the problem has resolved itself. The other day, using the specific order selection method, I tried to download 2 orders. The first rejected with the "Quickbooks Error: The name "xxx" of the list items is already in use" message. The second order, a mixture of existing and new products, was accepted. Since then, Synchro has performed as expected.
