Google Checkout Fees?

I understood that Google Checkout would begin charging transaction fees on 2/1/08. So far I haven't seen any fees charged on any of my transactions. I couldn't find any info through the Google help site so I wanted to see if anyone here knows whats going on with that and where the fees show up? Hard to keep the books straight if I can't see all charges.
