Wanted: Back-End Partner to Integrate Existing Designs into MM5

I manage a small design firm and am looking to find someone to work with us on an ongoing, as-needed basis to integrate custom designed templates within the MM5 environment.

Essentially, we'd design the look and feel of the store and would provide the layout as either a Photoshop document or JPG image or we could provide HTML templates, depending on what's preferred and how the two options affect pricing.

What I'm looking for at this point is range of pricing for basic integration (taking provided templates and getting the cart buttons, product/category, etc. displays looking how we intend) and then for more advanced integration such as overriding unwanted screens (account login, etc.).

Also, our work is very detail oriented, so we'd need someone who can provide pixel-perfect implementation of the provided layout to ensure spacing, fonts, etc. appear exactly as intended.
