MM5 Custom Button/Module Request

If this forum is not the correct place to find a developer to write a custom module, I apologize. I spent 30 minutes looking through the forums and FAQ's and did not find any information about where I should or should not post such a request.

I would like a developer to create a custom button for the MM5 CTGY page. The button should have the same behavior as the "AddToBasket" button with one modification. If the product only has non-required attributes, the PATR page should not be displayed and the entered quantity should be added to the basket. The button must be compatible with the Weiland category manager module. I already asked Bill and he did not express interest.

To date nobody has replied to me directly, so I want to open this thread up to any and all ideas or comments, including who else or where to look for help. I'm hoping that implementing this functionality would be relatively easy since what I want conceptually should be implemented by just removing the line(s) of existing code that perform the check for attributes. At this point I don't care if the functionality of the AddToBasket button for the entire store is replaced, versus the greater effort required to add a second button. Also, I don't expect this work to be done gratis.
