Google Check-out does not show Miva Attrributes...

Hi There,

We have been using Google Check-out 1.019 for some time now with Miva 5. Basically it is working o.k., not the best thing I've ever seen, but it basically works.

....Anyway, all of a sudden this weekend our Google Orders stopped showing the attributes of the products (Size & Color, etc.).

Does anyone know if Google did an update or what is going on that it is no longer working correctly. I tried contacting Miva Support, but all I get is a busy signal like there phone support is down.

Any ideas.

What number are you calling? We are closed today and tomorrow for the New Year holiday.

If it was working before and you didn't change anything in your store and it suddenly stopped working then my first guess is something changed in Google's process.

I'll have someone from support call you first thing tomorrow.

Also I just called our number and it seems to be working fine, if you're still getting a fast busy it could be a problem with where you're calling our 866 number from, you might try our direct line of 858-490-2570
