Need help getting new server to work with Miva

I am in the process of leaving Alabanza to a new serveer. I have transfered all my files to the new server. I have downloaded the empressa engine. But everytime I go to the new server the site shopping cart does not work. Look here is the error:

Old server link still active Http://www.paradiseimports.com There you can see the shopping cart working well. New server location by IP address is

Everytime I change the dns to the new server the cart does not work.
Please if there is anyone whom could help me make this thing work i would be willing to pay or trade for the help.

Looks like you have some differences in how Apache is configured in the new server versus the old - and how the user home directories are setup. Plus, I'm not sure why you would want a URL with ~bird unless you were trying to save money by using the server's SSL cert instead of your own. I'm assuming this is a dedicated server because of your comment about downloading Empresa - but are you on a shared server? Please be clear about that. We can probably help you fix up your apache httpd.conf file but we'd need to know the server structure - i.e. where the user home directories, htdocs, cgi-bin are located.

I am on my own server but Ihave the dns transfered to my old server till I get the cart working. That is why you need to use the tilde buts now I have given the new server site a dedicated ip which is 72.52.242.62

The old server is where the site is residing now although I have all the adata on both servers. I can change the dns in a second so that is why the tilde would love to speak to someone on this
