Shipping Mod ignored with Google C-out

I have a problem where google checkout ignores the rules set up using the CBS shipping mod. We have 1 item that ships for free in our store. The rest you have to pay for shipping and have options. When you use Google C-out, it ignores this info and offers free shipping as an option for anything purchased.

Anyone have an idea what is going on? I did read the previous thread on a similar problem, but also no resolution and that was some time ago?

A resolution is to not use Google checkout or not use many of the shipping modules. Google checkout does not provide the correct address to the shipping module before the shipping module offers its choices. The CBS module expects to run its logic on the osel screen, which is skipped with Google checkout.

Thanks - we originally got quite a few people checking out using Google, however, I feel this is because the options were misleading in our store. An excellent solution is to scrap Google Checkout & my problems are gone.:)
