I dont think I have ever come across a company with this level of assitance... Its the most rediculous lack of customer care I have ever seen im my entire life!!!
Here is my question... WHAT IS THE LATEST VERSION OF SYNCHRO??
I have read through these posts and seen Admins giving info that doesnt match posts and Admins (suposedly) reading posts and the info they read doesnt match what they themselves have posted and no correction is made.... For example. This following was posted in one thread.
v1.63 is the current version of MIVA Synchro.

Then when this info was posted in another thread:
Synchro 1.64
Synchro Connector 1.63
Miva Merchant 4.24

The next post made by the same Miva admin didnt even address the fact that according to his own post, that version of synchro doesnt even exsist??? and if it does.... why was version 1.63 given as the latest version, and where do we download 1.64 if thats the latest and how do we update to Synchro Connector 1.63 since 1.63 comes with Synchro Connector 1.62.
Just one more example of the lack of concern this company has shown, once we as customers grossly overpaid for poorly written software.
