Hi Guys,
Just some feedback on the recent email promoting your survey:
1) Starting right off on page 1 you're asking for proprietary information (unique visitors/month, orders/day, average order size). I'd be happy to take the survey if you didn't also ask for a store name and domain, but otherwise I can't supply that information -- especially when you make no mention of a privacy policy or how the information is protected.
2) Here's the top of the first page:
Please tell us some generation informatin about your business.
I don't expect editorial perfection in corporate communications, but c'mon ... can't you at least proof the first sentence? Seeing that doesn't inspire confidence.
