It seems PayPal feels they have to change things, even if they are working fine. Last Friday they made changes to the shipping calculations. Some stores' shipping may not be calculated if their profile is not setup correctly. PayPal changed how that is setup. You need to check to make sure shipping is still being charged with your PayPal orders. I pulled this off the PayPal developer forum.

"PayPal introduced the new shipping calculator on Friday morning.

What you need to do is to set up shipping so that your shipping values over ride your profile. Profile->shipping calculations.

Create a shipping method, and check the button for allowing transaction based shipping to override what you have in your profile. click on continue, then click on save. Now your shipping charges passed from your cart will over ride what is listed in the profile."

Good grief that was clear as mud - not your fault Bill - you copied from the forum. it took me a minute to get past understanding I had to actually set up a rate then override it. How utterly stupid.

But it does work.

Actually, it should have automatically set a default method under domestic and international and set the override to Yes if that is how you had it before their change on Aug 31. Mine was already configured when I checked it.
