Kayako SupportSuite

We are currently using Miva Merchant 5 and Kayako SupportSuite. SupportSuite works well but a big problem is that they use separate log-in systems. This is inconvenient for customers because they have to create a seaparate log in if they want to use the support system. Is there way to integrate the two systems together so that they both use the same username and password?

If you're running the MySQL version of 5, then a developer should be able to run lookups against that DB for copying of customer logins when attempts are made via Kayako.
