Organize Catagories

I need a module to sort catagories that gives the admin the ability to assign the sort by number... I've heard that this is available but haven't been able to find it. I did find these http://www.jmhonline.net/mivamerchantmodules/Sorting_Modules/Sort_Categories_and_Products_Modules/

but they say that you can only sort by cat code and other but not assign a random number in order to organize them. Can someone tell me where I might find a module for this? I'm running V 4.22

I have not found one that will allow you to sort categories in this way. Weiland's Sort Categories and Products module will allow you to sort this way, but only for products.
