What scenarios might exist where a person places an order, and all that shows up in admin is the customer information and nothing under Order Information, nor is there a payment method? It's like when someone submits the customer information, it submits as an order and sends to Miva. I'm thinking - error on payment information? We're researching with customers to try to find out what they saw, but I can't even think of a scenario.

This has happened to us a couple of times. One speculation was a basket timeout issue, another was going back to change basket contents (we have Lost and Found orders and typically there were multiples of similar items in the cart that made it look like the customer was having trouble deciding). No one was ever able to pin anything down.

I've had an occasional complaint of this too - it looks like it's going to be a bugger to track down.
