MIVA Version 4.12 Shipping Config failure

Hello Everyone,

We've recently migrated two MIVA stores, both are version 4.12 (uncompiled). We didn't complete an upgrade because:

A) Both stores use Open UI so we couldn't upgrade to version 5.x.

In any case the migration was fairly easy. The problem we're having is both the Fedex and UPS shipping modules do not function on the stores any longer. Obviously it's difficult to get support for MIVA 4.12...

What happens is when a client goes to checkout they simply get a message 'ship via' with no options in the drop-down box on both stores.

We've tried deleting/reinstalling the modules with no success..

module files are fedex.mv and ups.mv...

Any ideas what's causing this problem?

Hi,

If your main task is to upgrade MIVA Merchant to v5.0 then you can directly contact to MIVA Support and they will upgrade your MIVA Merchant v4.12 to v5.00 and will fix all the previous issues/ errors.

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same problem in my test configuration.
