What's Miva Mailer 2.0?

Unfortunately we'd fall under Platinum and that would be wayyyy too expensive.

Yes, they've had this service for quite a while... though v2 was released just a few days ago.

Their pricing is very much in line with other companies that offer similar services, though if your email volume is this high (100,000+ messages/month), you'd be better off getting a small dedicated server and let that run your mailings all day long for much less than what all these companies charge.

Yeah, I was mostly looking at from a software package standpoint and didn't realize it was a hosted solution until I saw the pricing breakdown. There are some nice features in Miva Mailer, and I'm sure it integrates nicely with Miva Merchant.
